With-­drawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear declaration — an email is enough — that you withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending the notice before the end of the withdrawal period is sufficient.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

Premium is a digital service that starts immediately. At checkout we therefore ask you to expressly consent that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and to confirm that you acknowledge you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us (§ 356 (4) BGB). If you have not given that consent, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains untouched. For the period already used before withdrawal we may charge a proportionate amount.

Withdrawal is a statutory right within the first 14 days. Independently of it, you can cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period — see terms, section 6.
